Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

For the most part, we will not accept refunds or returns unless there are special circumstances.

INSTANST IMAGES

Instant images will only be refunded (or reprinted if the option is available) if the image fails to develop within 24 hours. Since most of the prints are developed after 90 seconds, we expect inspection of the product at that time.

DIGITAL IMAGES

Digital images will not be offered refunds. As digital images cannot be returned or exchanged, we do not offer any refunds for digital images.
